Senior Associate-Quality Assurance

Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Tester in the Technology industry based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing system specifications, writing test cases, collaborating with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans, and executing test cases (manual or automated) to analyze results. You will evaluate product code according to specifications, create logs to document testing phases and defects, report bugs and errors to development teams, and assist in troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you will conduct post-release/post-implementation testing and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role, along with project management and QA methodology experience. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Your ability to document and troubleshoot errors, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the quality of our software products. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BSc/BA) will be advantageous for this position.,
