Sr. Associate Legal at Baner Location

Qualifications:

Experience-

Skills

Handling tax compliances including GST, TDS & Direct Tax.
Conducting Compliance, Management & Concurrent Audits with focus on GST, SEZ, EOU & EXIM matters.
Finalization of audit reports and support in departmental audits.Advising clients on statutory compliances, system setup, and documentation flow.
Preparation and verification of refund claims and assistance in export incentives/benefit schemes.Interpretation of tax laws, drafting of appeals, writs, legal & recovery notices.Advisory and representation in matters related to Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax.
Continuous contribution to the Knowledge Bank and quality improvement initiatives
