4+ years in a commercial legal role with the designation of senior associate in tier 2/3 law firms in the corporate advisory practice. Experience in technology laws and commercial contracts is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in drafting, negotiating and closing SAAS agreements and other general commercial contracts.

• Experience in legal research specifically in technology laws, AI and product research.

• Ability to work in collaboration with R&D, product and data privacy teams on new products.

• Experience in partnering with business teams and ability to provide practical, pro active and solution-oriented advice.

• Candidate to have a strong grasp of commercial aspects of the business and strong communication skills.

• Experience in independently driving and closing projects.

• Ability to effectively delegate and manage the team.

• Ability to learn and adapt to legal requirements of various jurisdictions.

Requirements & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in legal research.

• Prior experience as a Legal Associate or similar role within a finance or legal department is highly desirable.

• Skilled in Team building & managing them efficiently.
