Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate, based in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing legal counsel in corporate, business, and intellectual property laws. The role includes conducting due diligence, handling compliance matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting in investment transactions, and advising on fund structuring. The Senior Associate will also manage client interactions, provide legal opinions, and support litigation or arbitration proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Law, Business Law, and Intellectual Property Laws, Private equity & Venture capital.
• Experience in conducting due diligence, investment transactions, and compliance processes
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for legal documents
• Ability to provide legal opinions, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic counsel
• Understanding of fund structuring, SEBI, and IFSCA-related regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher qualification from a recognized institution
• 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal advisory and transactional law
• Bar council membership and strong ethical standards
