Position Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Studio Senior Associate to support the management of online classes, operate OBS for live streaming, handle complete studio setup, and provide IT support. This hybrid role requires someone with a solid understanding of both studio operations and technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth and professional delivery of virtual and in-studio content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Class & Streaming Support Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of live and recorded online classes.

Hand on experience on OBS Software for streaming classes or live events across platforms such as Zoom, YouTube, and others.

Set up and manage streaming scenes, transitions, audio sources, and overlays.

Monitor video/audio quality during live sessions and respond to issues promptly.

Support the setup and configuration of the studio environment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and mixers.Maintain studio equipment and ensure it is always ready for use.

2. IT & Network Support

Provide desktop and basic network support for instructors and internal staff.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows/mac OS systems.

Assist with installing and updating software used in the studio and for streaming.

Help maintain stable network connections for uninterrupted online classes.

3. Administrative and Team Collaboration

Maintain logs of streaming schedules, issues encountered, and resolutions.

Coordinate with instructors and team members to prepare for upcoming sessions.

Help train staff or freelancers on OBS and studio equipment.

Assist in managing digital assets such as video recordings and instructional materials.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Technical, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with OBS Studio and live streaming workflows.

Solid understanding of AV setups (cameras, mics, lights) and studio environments.

Basic to intermediate IT skills (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a live production environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of audio mixing and multi-camera setups is a plus.

Work Conditions:

On-site role with occasional evening/weekend shifts based on session schedules. (Rotational Shift)
