Were committed to your development, diversity, and well-being. What you ll do: Prospect and qualify new leads through emails, LinkedIn, outbound calls, and other channels. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Sales Director/Sales Head to further qualify opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth and aid in closing new business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tasks and progress in the CRM platform. Perform primary and secondary research on prospective clients and companies to aid in opportunity identification. Capture lead details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM tool. Manage and keep the sales pipeline updated on a regular basis. Develop and execute multiple email campaigns to generate additional sales opportunities. Prepare tailored pitches for different target audiences. Achieve or exceed defined sales activity goals and performance metrics. Deliver online presentations to prospective clients as and when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . 2+ years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience . Prior experience in working with clients in the EMEA region is desirable. 2+ years of SAP Experience (Order to Cash or ERP) is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of selling enterprise IT services, SaaS, or B2B products. Experience using CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation software . Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about identifying new sales opportunities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and connect with prospective clients.
