Job Description

Job Purpose

Senior Associate Human Factors- Flight Ops Safety team is responsible to the Manager HF Flight Ops Safety for all HF & CRM administrative, training and promotion related matters for Flight Ops Safety.

Key Accountabilities

Support to Manager HF

Manage and liaise with other departments for HF & CRM training programs daily
Monitor CRM Instructors/trainers under charge and schedule timely company and regulatory standardization checks
Conduct HF - CRM regulatory training on weekly basis
Conduct HF and fatigue review, CRM counselling and de-briefings for crew
Assist Manager HF Flt Ops Safety in developing HF and safety training promotion and awareness contents and deliverables
Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in fatigue risk management program
Assist Manager HF Flight Safety in Integrated Human Factors Charter

Operational Responsibility

Coordinate training requirements of pilots, cabin crew and dispatchers with CMS, DOPS, and Ground Training Planning
Oversee day-to-day administration of the HF-CRM regulatory training
Review voluntary Fatigue and CRM reports received from the assigned bases to the Manager HF Flt Ops Safety
Participate in fatigue review and promotional activities and regulatory compliance

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Aviation/Management,

Experience

Minimum

Desired

At least 3 years of aviation experience

Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, industry best practices, and operational procedures;
Degree/Certification in Human Factors and/or Psychology will be an advantage

Have current commercial air transport experience as a cabin crew member.

Aviation/Training background will be an advantage
Experience with CRM Trainings
