Senior Associate
to join our
Early Career Program- Human Resource
team. This role is located in
Pune, MH/ Chennai, TN - HYBRID
.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for early career hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Develop and deliver training programs to support their professional development.
- Candidate Engagement: Post offer engagements, Develop and implement strategies to maintain high offer to join ratio and establish BNY as preferred employer.
- Program Development and Management: Design and manage early career programs, including internships, rotational programs, and entry-level hiring initiatives. Ensure these programs align with the company's strategic goals and talent needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior leadership to identify talent needs and develop programs that address these needs.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of early career hires. Provide feedback and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of early career programs. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within early career programs. Ensure that recruitment and development practices are inclusive and equitable.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience with early career programs is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and development.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Certification in HR or project management.
