Job Summery :-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate - Data and Analytics to manage data collection, reporting, and analysis across all digital channels, with a primary focus on website performance. The ideal candidate will help derive actionable insights from data to support business decisions and optimize performance.


Key Responsibility :-

  • Manage data collection and reporting for the website and other digital channels, including Meta, Google Ads, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive performance reports across various digital touchpoints, highlighting KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support the development of dashboards and automated reporting tools for real-time performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance, customer journey, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for data analytics and digital marketing reporting.
  • Assist in setting up and managing tracking and measurement frameworks for digital campaigns (e.g., UTM tracking, Google Analytics).


Qualification:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on digital marketing and website performance.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
