Your Role:

Key role and responsibility will be to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, brokers, and supplier partners, to ensure that all settlement activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, actioning requests and executing processes required to manage settlement and funding activities through to completion. provide support to lending customers throughout their lifecycle, actioning requests and executing processes required to service and maintain products and services in line with customer Group policies and procedures.Keeping the end customer front of mind, action every request, decision, task and outcome by demonstrating care, empathy, and confidence, building trust, taking ownership, and acting with integrity towards our customers, partners and brokers at all times.College degree in with 3-5 years relevant work experience in similar processes with good oral and written communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office.
