Job Description

Role Overview: You shall play a key role in the Business Development Team for Alpha Plus Technologies. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, presenting product features, handling negotiations, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, you will need to provide insights to the Marketing Team, create reports for tracking progress, and conduct client engagement and awareness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. - Generate leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to build a pipeline of potential customers. - Gain in-depth functional knowledge of assigned products and present/demonstrate features to potential leads. - Prepare and submit quotes to prospective leads and follow up actively for early deal closure. - Handle negotiations, track market intelligence, and provide insights to the Marketing Team for product visibility. - Create reports with customer, sales, and financial data for progress tracking and improvement identification. - Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders among clients and schedule regular meetings for client satisfaction. - Create quarterly plans for client engagement and awareness initiatives with key accounts and clients. - Seek client feedback to gauge customer satisfaction levels and impart training on flagship solutions. Qualifications Required: - Graduates / Professional Degree-holders / Post Graduates interested in Business Development & Client Engagement of IT Software Solutions / Services. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales of IT Software Solution / Services. - Pleasing personality, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound presentation creation and delivery skills. - Interest and enthusiasm for extensive travel across the southern part of the country and interaction with clients. - Character traits of patience, resilience, and commitment to endure long sales cycles. - Keen desire for enhanced interaction with internal teams and ability to relay important information to the Manager / Department Head promptly. - Proficiency in MS Office, excellent listening, and negotiation abilities.
