About the Role

Senior Associate, Client Solutions

You’ll proactively help clients navigate the Arcana platform, optimize their workflows, and translate financial insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful value. You’ll also collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to align client needs with internal processes and ensure a smooth, consistent experience as clients deepen their use of Arcana.

This role requires structured execution, clear communication, and strong client empathy. By coordinating effectively across teams and engaging directly with clients, you’ll strengthen relationships, support product adoption, and contribute directly to Arcana’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new clients with account setup, onboarding workflows, and initial platform configuration.
  • Help clients navigate the Arcana platform and optimize their workflows.
  • Understand client objectives and guide them on best practices to drive adoption and long-term value.
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to align client needs with internal workflows.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly and help prioritize relevant enhancements or improvements.
  • Diagnose and resolve client questions, data issues, or workflow challenges with professionalism.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams while keeping clients informed.
  • Gather structured client feedback to support product development and workflow improvements.
  • Share insights from customer interactions to enhance onboarding, documentation, and the overall platform experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Applied Statistics & Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or institutional investing.
  • Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or institutional clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in data-driven workflows.
  • Ability to understand client processes and translate product capabilities into actionable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with financial markets or institutional data/analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level clients effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with product, engineering, and technical teams.
