Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Auditor located in Noida. The Senior Associate Auditor will be responsible for below activities:

1) Manage full cycle of Statutory audit, limited review, special purpose financial statement audit

2) Draft Audit report, CARO and IFC

3) Draft special purpose report

4) Help with end to end audit cleared for company located in UK with our UK partners

5) Assist in ensuring the complinace under the Companies Act

6) Help in getting audit completed as per US GAAP/IFRS.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements Analysis and Financial Audits skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Finance and Auditing
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• CA with 0-2 years of experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
