The Senior Associate Auditor will be responsible for below activities: 1) Manage full cycle of Statutory audit, limited review, special purpose financial statement audit 2) Draft Audit report, CARO and IFC 3) Draft special purpose report 4) Help with end to end audit cleared for company located in UK with our UK partners 5) Assist in ensuring the complinace under the Companies Act 6) Help in getting audit completed as per US GAAP/IFRS. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Accountant at Taxedge. The Accountant will be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliations, preparing financial statements, managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate accounts. The role also includes handling GST compliance, supporting audits, and participating in financial analysis. Additionally, the Accountant will assist in the preparation of invoices, payroll processes, and other financial documentation as required. Qualifications Strong skills in financial accounting, financial statements preparation, and bookkeeping Expertise in tax compliance, GST regulations Experience with financial analysis and compliance reporting Knowledge of accounting software, payroll processing, and data management tools Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3 years of experience Prior experience in corporate accounting or tax advisory roles is an advantage Other details Budgeted CTC for the position: 240,000 to 4,50,000 Working days: Monday to Saturday Office timing: 10.15 AM to 7.15 PM
