Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice verification, claims resolution, and payment tracking for roadside assistance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & Verification: Review and process service provider invoices for roadside assistance claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Claims Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims, ensuring timely approvals or denials.
Payment Tracking: Process approved payments and perform accurate records of transactions.
Provider Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service provider payment inquiries and concerns.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Assisting with internal projects and contributing to process improvements.
