Senior Assistant/Supervisor - Talent Acquisition/HR

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment:

  Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top medical and administrative talent for healthcare organizations.

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  Identify, screen, and assess potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks.

• Hiring Process Management:

  Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews, assessments, and the final offer and onboarding stages.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and forecast future needs.

• Candidate Experience:

  Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the selection process.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and grow a database of qualified candidates for ongoing and future openings.

• Credentials & Background Checks:

  Conduct thorough background checks and verify licenses, certifications, and credentials for clinical candidates.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates with a background in the healthcare sector.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its unique staffing challenges.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and problem-solving abilities.
