Overview of the role:

Responsibilities:

● Lead and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

● Develop and present creative concepts and visual strategies that effectively communicate client messages and resonate with target audiences.

● Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.

● Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, solve creative challenges, and achieve project objectives.

● Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's creative capabilities.

● Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

● Act as a face for Crescent, representing our agency with professionalism and integrity in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry.

● Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including print ads, digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and more.

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effect etc.).

● Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling solutions.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.

● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, manage projects efficiently, and drive results.

● A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of design to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.
