Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy web applications using PHP, Laravel, Core PHP, WordPress, and Drupal.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure code quality by following best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.Troubleshoot issues related to website functionality and performance optimization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities : Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Develop and deliver progress reports and other required documentation.Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Skills Required : 2+ gears of project management experience preferred (working in a Digital Web Agency).Education: Bachelor's degree required.Familiarity with project management software's like Asana, JIRA, etc.Technically competent with various tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge and experience of handling open-source technology-based projects like Drupal, Magento etc.,Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including internal teams, clients, and other departments.Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.Able to complete successful projects that are on schedule and receive high satisfaction results.Able to deviate from standard/established PM methodologies to accomplish dynamic project completion, while still maintaining quality and brand compliance.Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
