Senior Art Director

As a Sr. Art Director at Think Why Not, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative visions to life through clean and visually appealing design layouts. We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong sense of design who can take/think over concepts and turn them into stunning visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Develop and execute creative design concepts that align with project goals.

• Create visually appealing and clean design layouts for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, marketing collateral and more.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

• Present and explain design concepts to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Candidates from art school will be given preference.

• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, with an emphasis on clean and neat layout and design sense.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative design and campaign concepts.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to design challenges.
