Open Position : Senior Architect, Bangalore This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Bengaluru at the NBR Group. The role involves collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver innovative and practical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, ensuring they are innovative, functional, and sustainable. Project Management: Managing the architectural aspects of projects from concept to completion, including design, documentation, and execution, while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with internal teams (planning, construction, MEP, etc.) and external consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and communication. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and RERA guidelines. Site Management: Conducting site visits, monitoring construction progress, and resolving design-related issues. Mentorship and Guidance: Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design staff. Sustainability and Innovation: Implementing sustainable building practices, incorporating smart building technologies, and staying updated on industry trends. Documentation and Review: Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in system design, architecture, and implementation Experience in data integration and security Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud technologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch). Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA). Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the real estate sector, including experience with large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices in India. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices.
