Position : Guest Relations Executive ( GRE) We are looking for a highly capable and dynamic Guest Relations Executive to provide excellent customer service to our visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience throughout their interactions with the NBR Group for our premium high rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming : Creating a positive first impression by warmly greeting guests upon arrival and offering assistance. Guest Interaction: Addressing inquiries, providing information about the company's projects, services, and properties, and resolving any issues or complaints effectively. Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service by being attentive, helpful, and responsive to guest needs. Reception Duties: Managing the reception area, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Sales Support: Assisting with sales efforts by providing information about properties, coordinating viewings, and promoting the company's real estate offerings. Event Coordination: Assisting with event planning and execution, including logistics, on-site management, and post-event follow-up. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback. Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with guests and other team members to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (if applicable). Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests, handle difficult situations with professionalism, and work effectively with others. Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry, property types, and sales processes is a plus. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite. Experience: Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in guest relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
