We’re Hiring – Architect Designer

Architect Designer

🔹

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Manage project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Prepare and present design proposals and visualizations to clients.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Conduct site visits and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ years in architectural design and project management.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Modeling, Rendering (Lumion, Corona, Blender), MEPF coordination, Structural understanding.
Soft Skills:
Leadership, Communication, Presentation, Time Management, Client Relationship Management.
