Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, creative design skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and functional spaces. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that all design solutions meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of construction practices are essential. Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and construction documents for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Translate client requirements into functional architectural solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Communicate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and project goals. Prepare presentations with all the project insights and details for the client Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Execution & Supervision Oversee site inspections and monitor construction phases to ensure design integrity and quality control. Resolve any design or structural issues that arise during construction.

Innovation & Compliance Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Integrate sustainable practices and materials into design wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.Hands-on architectural experience in handling projects from concept to execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and current design trends.Strong creative vision with attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
