Job Summary:

SSB Architects is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser with strong expertise in SketchUp to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics, and the ability to convert architectural concepts into high-quality 3D models and realistic visual representations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural drawings and concepts.

· Develop high-quality 3D views, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.

· Apply textures, lighting, and materials to enhance realism in renders.

· Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to visualize design intent.

· Assist in preparing presentation boards, mood boards, and visual design documents.

· Stay updated with new tools, plugins, and techniques in SketchUp and rendering.

Required Skills & Tools:

· Proficiency in SketchUp (Must)

· Experience with rendering plugins such as V-Ray for SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion

· Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other tools for post-processing

· Understanding of architecture and interior design fundamentals

· Good sense of lighting, material, proportion, and detailing

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields

· 0–3 years of experience in 3D visualization (Freshers with a good portfolio are welcome)

· A portfolio showcasing SketchUp modeling and rendering is mandatory
