Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Architect who can independently manage large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle end-to-end project responsibilities, from concept to execution. Be well-versed with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and norms of relevant sanctioning authorities. Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Manage architectural studios in an organized and autonomous manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural practice. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twin-Motion, Enscape, knowledge of other architectural software is preferable. Familiarity with ArchiCAD is considered an added advantage.
