We are seeking a highly experienced and design-focused Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 12–13 years of architectural experience and a proven ability to lead teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and contribute to innovative design solutions across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities

· Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.

· Manage and mentor a team of architects, junior designers, and support staff.

· Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors across disciplines.

· Present designs and ideas to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

· Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.

· Contribute to design reviews, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.

· Stay updated on sustainability standards, materials, and emerging architectural trends.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

· 12–13 years of professional experience across various building types (commercial, residential, institutional, etc.).

· Proficient in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).

· Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
