Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar. 4.Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns accordingly. 5.Create Graphics , and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. ( Graphic design , video editing , brochure pdf editing ) 6.Work with influencers, partners, or agencies as needed.

Ensure all the contractors perform as per project schedule. 4. Co ordination for drawings, procurement, material for timely delivery of the project. 5. Role & responsibilities Cost Estimation & Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural, structural, and services drawings. Assist in preparing project budgets and cash flow forecasts. Benchmarking costs and rates from past projects for accurate budgeting. Tendering & Contract Management Prepare and float tenders for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Evaluate bids technically and commercially. Support contract drafting, negotiations, and finalization. Maintain documentation for all contractual matters. Cost Control & Monitoring Track project expenses against budget and ensure cost efficiency. Raise flags in case of budget overruns and recommend corrective actions. Certify contractor bills after joint measurement verification. Monitor variation orders, claims, and payment certificates. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from construction drawings. Validate quantities claimed by contractors/subcontractors. Ensure accurate and updated quantity take-offs during execution. MIS & Reporting Generate regular cost reports, budget vs. actuals, and variance analysis. Update cost control systems and dashboards for management review. Maintain records for all cost-related correspondence and documentation. Vendor & Procurement Coordination Coordinate with procurement team for rate comparisons and order placements. Ensure proper budget alignment during procurement. Audit & Compliance Ensure documentation readiness for internal/external audits. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements related to contracts and finance Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Professional certification (e.g., RICS/CIOB) preferred but not mandatory 812 years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Cost Control, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
