Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The candidate should be highly skilled in handling residential projects and must have strong expertise in commercial projects, capable of leading teams, managing clients, and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and detailed layouts.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and present creative, functional design solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits for quality checks, measurement validation, and design compliance.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Work closely with the project management team for smooth execution and handover.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and latest design technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• Design Software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint for reporting & presentations).
• Drawing Expertise: Conceptual drawings, working drawings, construction details, 2D & 3D presentations, GFC drawings.
• Project Knowledge:
• Residential design layouts & detailing.
• Commercial office, retail, and large-scale interior projects.
• Space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
• Site Execution Knowledge: Reading and interpreting drawings, checking site measurements, and ensuring quality compliance.
• Documentation: BOQ preparation, tender drawings, and design documentation.
• Other Competencies: Strong understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory processes.
