Role Description

This a full time role for a senior architect, located in Nagpur. The Senior Architect will be involved in creating plans, architectural designs , construction drawings , massing , guiding junior architects and working collaboratively with the architecture team to deliver high quality projects.

Qualifications

*Architectural Design skills including designing , detailing , drafting , sketching , and conceptual 3D modelling.

*Highly proficient in CAD Software.

*Integration Skills to ensure that architecture , engineering and construction elements work together seamlessly.

*Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines and teams.

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

*Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

*Familiarity with building Byelaws and regulations in India.

*Knowledge of BPMS drawings.

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning on major projects from concept through completion
• Translate client requirements into functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, consultants, and project managers to ensure cohesive execution
• Review and approve architectural plans, technical drawings, and documentation
• Ensure designs meet regulatory standards, zoning codes, and environmental requirements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Communicate with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations and project outcomes
