Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in conceptual design, technical development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide project teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and help shape long-term architectural strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions from concept through completion.
• Create and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project workflows, ensuring design integrity, quality standards, and compliance with regulations/codes.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, product, or development teams (depending on industry) to align architecture with project goals.
• Conduct site reviews/technical assessments and provide expert guidance during project execution.
• Mentor junior team members and support professional development within the team.
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of professional architectural experience (or industry equivalent).
• Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect) preferred or required depending on role.
• Strong proficiency with architectural tools/software: [AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, etc.]
• Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
