We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in conceptual design, technical development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide project teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and help shape long-term architectural strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of architectural solutions from concept through completion. Create and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Oversee project workflows, ensuring design integrity, quality standards, and compliance with regulations/codes. Collaborate with engineering, construction, product, or development teams (depending on industry) to align architecture with project goals. Conduct site reviews/technical assessments and provide expert guidance during project execution. Mentor junior team members and support professional development within the team. Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. 2+ years of professional architectural experience (or industry equivalent). Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect) preferred or required depending on role. Strong proficiency with architectural tools/software: [AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, etc.] Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills. Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects.
