Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed institute (mandatory)
• Master's in Architecture (M.Arch.) (preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in

  AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Revit

• Strong understanding of

  DCR, RCC, and MEP services

• Experience in

  site checking, coordination, and project execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  concept and detailed architectural designs

  considering project feasibility, DCR regulations, and FSI calculations.
• Modify and enhance existing designs as per project or business requirements.
• Prepare

  presentation drawings, brochures, and 3D visualizations

  .
• Coordinate with

  liaison architects

  for documentation related to approvals (Concessions, IOD, CC, CFO, etc.).
• Collaborate with

  structural and MEP consultants

  to finalize RCC and service designs.
• Develop and issue

  Good for Construction (GFC)

  drawings incorporating consultant inputs.
• Coordinate with

  site execution teams

  for design clarification, inspection, and execution support.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
