Location: Bhiwandi, District Thane, Maharashtra Experience: 4 to 10 years Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing Role & responsibilities Design and develop panel enclosures (LT/MV) including sheet metal structures , covers, and compartments using AutoCAD and SolidWorks . Prepare detailed fabrication drawings , GA drawings , sectional views , and Bill of Materials (BOM) . Design and layout of busbar chambers , supports, and ducting considering current rating, thermal limits, clearances, and mechanical strength. Ensure busbar design meets short circuit and thermal withstand requirements; coordinate with electrical teams for sizing and layout. Select and position cutouts for switchgear components such as breakers, relays, meters, and control devices. Apply standards such as IS/IEC/IEEE in the design of mechanical and busbar systems. Coordinate with the electrical design , production , purchase , and quality control teams for smooth workflow. Optimize design for ease of manufacturing , cost-efficiency , and assembly line compatibility . Conduct design validation , risk assessments , and manage design change requests (DCRs) . Ensure proper documentation of all design files, revisions, and approvals. Preferred candidate profile Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D & 3D modeling and drafting. Strong knowledge of sheet metal design , fabrication, and panel assembly. Proficient in sheet metal design and busbar design , including bend allowances, structural supports, and routing. Knowledge of heat dissipation , clearance and creepage , and mechanical tolerances . Familiarity with IP ratings , ventilation , earthing , and mechanical safety aspects. Experience in preparing BOMs and working with ERP systems for design integration. Ability to read and interpret electrical GA drawings for mechanical coordination. Looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support daily sales activities, monitor field operations. Responsible for coordinating with the sales team, tracking field performance, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review architectural drawings in compliance with building bye-law and development control regulations for the drawings before sale agreement closure Coordinate with approvals teams and design team of prospective clients for obtaining necessary design drawings & align their requirements as per stages of all approval (e.g., plan sanction, commencement certificate, occupancy certificate, etc.). We are seeking a capable and delivery oriented Urban Designer to join our PMC design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working on large-scale developments with exposure to the entire project lifecycle from master planning through approvals to design coordination. This role requires strong urban design understanding combined with technical and regulatory knowledge to support smooth project delivery, client coordination, and compliance management. Responsibilities The following are key responsibilities but not limited to: Support the review and analysis of master plans, ELUs, urban layouts, and design documentation in alignment with statutory norms and client objectives. Review consultant submissions, GFC drawings, and statutory documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Participate in site studies, feasibility analysis, FSI / BUA calculations, and technical due diligence as part of design delivery. Coordinate authority submissions, follow-up on statutory clearances, and maintain updated compliance records. Prepare design review reports, presentations, and documentation required for internal reviews, client meetings, and statutory presentations. Stay updated with local development regulations, master plan updates, and infrastructure policies impacting project approvals. Receipt reconciliation to be done within the approved cut off date Start of month audits to be conducted to ensure 100% process adherence.
