We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take charge of exciting architectural projects and bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:

   Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring they align with client requirements and project objectives.​

2. GFC Drawings:

   Prepare and oversee the production of detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with consultants including MEP, RCC, Fire, and Lift to ensure integrated design solutions.​

3. Drafting and Design:

   Utilize advanced drafting techniques and design software to produce high-quality architectural plans and renderings.​

4. Technical Expertise:

   Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to address complex design challenges, integrating structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations into architectural solutions.​

5. Collaboration:

   Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate design intent and project requirements.​
