Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  design and project delivery

  from concept to completion
• Develop client relationships and translate briefs into bold, workable solutions
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality with autonomy
• Mentor mid-junior team members and contribute to design culture
• Present to clients, authorities, and stakeholders with clarity and conviction

We’re Looking For

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute
• 10+ years of experience in premium residential/commercial/public architecture as well as interiors.
• Strong technical knowledge (working drawings, detailing, compliance)
• Aesthetic maturity + leadership confidence
• Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Optional: Cinema/retail/school project experience is a huge plus
