Customer Engagement & Technical Sales Support: Act as the technical lead in customer discussions, delivering compelling
sales pitches, addressing technical queries, and supporting commercial negotiations
Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development: Support the strategy team by conducting technical feasibility assessments, market studies, and data-driven analysis to evaluate new product ideas and business opportunities
Technology Road mapping: Define and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and internal product strategy.
Market Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities
Advanced Engineering Initiatives: Collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to explore and validate advanced engineering concepts for next-generation automotive components.
Strategic Product Seeding: Identify and execute strategic opportunities to introduce new technologies and components(e.g., Electric Pumps, EGR, Control box) into OEM platforms
Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Lead the creation of PoCs and technical demonstrators to validate product concepts and showcase value to potential customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.

Competencies Required:

Manufacturing Know-how: Stamping, die casting, injection molding.
Prototype Development: Control plans, sample builds, hypothesis testing.
Design & Quality Tools: GD&T, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP.
Product Lifecycle: BOM management, change control, customer requirement evaluation.
Problem Solving: Root cause analysis and structured resolution.
Project Management: Cross-functional coordination and execution.
Regulatory Knowledge: Emission norms and influencing variables.
Communication: Clear, technical articulation across stakeholders.
