Prepare and Submit simple Layout Drawing in response to RFQ, Customer Communication.
Responsibilities:
RFQ Response:Carefully review and analyze customer RFQs to understand their specific requirements and scope of work.Prepare detailed and accurate technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and system specifications. Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals within deadlines.Layout Drawings:Prepare simple layout drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to illustrate proposed system configurations and equipment placement.Consider factors such as space constraints, workflow optimization, and safety requirements in the layout design.Customer Communication:Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to gather information, clarify requirements, and address any questions or concerns.Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent communication throughout the sales process.Present technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.Technical Support:Provide technical support to the sales team and customers during the proposal and pre-sales stages. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
