Role & responsibilities Job Location: Supa Planning & Scheduling Plan from material receipt to dispatch based on inputs of SCM and Sales department. Preparation of Machine wise/ line wise Production plan & scheduling through KANBAN in coordination with Plant production team. Material planning through MRP output from SAP. Coordination with Production & Sourcing for input material based on customer schedules. Monitor consumption patterns of the customer and work out with SCM department on future forecast and action plans. Achieve 100% Plan vs Actual against production plan and FG Credit plan Prepare and share monthly and Daily planning and Scheduling reports/MIS Customer Support Responsible for 100% on time delivery to customer Finish Goods i.e. SCM Dept (KAM) Continuous interaction with SCM (KAM) department for daily, weekly, monthly schedule and production priority Supplier Management Generate supplier schedules and ensure follow up and schedule adherence for timely receipts of goods and materials Ensure payments of payables to the supplier Logistics Management Managing intercompany material and transport between Supa, Pune, packaging suppliers, and KSPG plants for seamless logistical flow.
