Ensure on-time delivery (100 %) and customer satisfaction
Drive digitalization, and Lean practices across supply chain processes
Collaborate with central logistics team for implementing best practices, derisking, Global processes
Plan and Lead Sales & Operations Planning meetings on monthly basis
Ensure efficient planning of inventory , analyzing inventory levels and driving actions to meet yearly targets
Maintain, review, and correct the MRP runs in SAP
Manage inbound and outbound Logistics including customs clearnace, transportation etc.
Drive cost optimization projects in freight, transportation, packaging and warehouse
Evaluation and finalization of Service Providers based upon Service Levels e.g. 3P WH, Forwarders, Transporters, CHA, Packaging suppliers etc.
Build supply chain resilience and risk mitigation plans
Development of Cost-effective, Quality Packaging for FGs and child parts
Ensure Production planning and scheduling based upon customer demands
Monthly monitoring and achievement of KPIs incl. Inventory days, OTIF, OTD, Premium freight etc.
Coordinating with Accounts for supplier payments
Efficient management of warehouse and yearly inventory count
Responsible for efficient management of Warehouse (internal / external)
Conversant of dispatching spare parts at different locations and keep control of inventory at all site stores.
Relationship management with customers & ensuring their satisfaction with quality and service norms for business retention & its prospects
Managing relationship with suppliers and stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Supply chain or Operations management (MBA preferred)

Experience: 15-18 yrs in reputed manufacturing MNC

Skills Required : SAP MM,PP,WM and SD modules, IBP, Customs processes

Handling with: Customer, Suppliers, Logistics Service Providers

Strong knowledge of Automotive OEM practices (JIT, EDI etc.)

Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills
