Looking for Operating Engineers / Trainee Operating Engineers on urgent basis, who are ready to work on Semi Automized Assembly lines and Machining center. * Diploma 2022, 23, 24, 25 pass-out.
Candidates from Machining Center (, Electronics who wanted to explore their career in production and want to become future leader in Operations can apply and work with KSPG Automotive.
Perform various production activities, such as assembly and machining, as required.
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks on finished products.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
* Stipend DME - Apprentice Engineer 20,250 Gross/ month, (Yearly CTC 3,13,811/-)
* Incentive 1250 as per company incentive norms.
* Canteen, Transport free of cost
* Accident Insurance Policy.
* 6 days working,
* Trainee Leaves 15
* Paid Holidays 10
Company is in Maval Taluka, 35 km from Pimpri Chinchwad and 55 km from Pune
After completion of First Year Training if the performance is Okay he/ she will get continued for 2nd Year training
