Handling design ,Operation and Maintenance in Process exhaust and scrubber system of Photovoltaic Solar Cell Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of process exhaust systems, ensuring effective capture and removal of fumes, gases, and particulate matter from the manufacturing environment. Ensure exhaust systems are properly integrated into various stages of the solar panel manufacturing process, including cleaning, etching, coating, and other chemical processing stages. Monitor exhaust airflow, pressures, and other key parameters to ensure the exhaust systems are functioning within specified performance ranges. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of exhaust systems, including ducts, fans, filters, scrubbers, and other components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to exhaust system failures, leaks, or reduced efficiency. Ensure all components of the exhaust systems are working efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production. Maintain accurate records of exhaust system inspections, maintenance, and compliance reports for internal and regulatory purposes. Experience in Execution Project Erection and Commissioning of Process Exhaust wet Scrubber System with complete safety system. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Fuel System & DEF System Design: Design and develop system components and subcomponents. Includes Creation of CAD Models, Part Drawings, and Installation Drawings using NX. Perform CAD documentation within a technical area, including packaging verification and creating and documenting product structure. design of Fuel & DEF (Urea / Ad Blue) Tanks along with mounting arrangements. level & quality sensors along with filters used in circuit. 2. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supplier partners, electrical engineers, and manufacturing personnel, to develop new system concepts. Coordinate the design process, prototype development, and testing to validate and refine designs as to follow general OEM processes. 3. Integration and Compatibility: Work closely with vehicle integration and other operation teams to ensure proper integration of the cooling system with other vehicle components. Address compatibility issues and collaborate on system-level optimizations. 4. Performance Simulation/Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and simulations to optimize system's performance. Utilize 1D or equivalent thermal tools, CFD & CAE to predict system performance and structural behavior and validate design improvements. Component level FEA analysis using 3D modelling CAD tool additional modules. 5. Testing and Validation: As part of CFT, support in defining test plans, procedures, and protocols system testing. Conduct physical testing, including component-level and full-system testing, to validate performance, durability, and compliance with safety standards. Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement design modifications accordingly. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including technical specifications, design drawings, engineering reports, and test results. Communicate project progress, design recommendations, and technical information effectively to cross-functional teams and management. Follow up quality status, participate in Design Reviews, perform risk analysis, root cause analysis, and FMEAs. 7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to cooling systems. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in suspension system design and performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing Fuel systems for trucks, passengers or heavy-duty vehicles. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, Siemens NX (In case candidate is not familiar with NX, others such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is ok) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform engineering calculations and simulations. Knowledge of structural analysis, and vibration analysis. Experience with CAE tools, such as finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal simulations is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
