Job Description

Role : Senior Cisco CC Engineer
Experience : 10+ years
Location : Hyderabad, Vizag
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco contact center solutions: Webex CCE, UCCE, PCCE, CVP, and UCCX.
  • Develop and implement complex ICM routing scripts for voice call flows and customer journey orchestration.
  • Build and maintain VXML applications for CVP, and configure call treatments and self-service modules.
  • Integrate contact center solutions with third-party systems using Cisco Finesse APIs, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) as part of the UC architecture.
  • Design and develop custom and standard reports using CUIC, CVP Reporting Server, and UCCX Historical Reporting Tools.
  • Conduct capacity planning, solution scaling, and performance tuning of contact center environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, business analysts, and network/security engineers.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex voice and routing issues, ensuring high availability and service continuity.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and lead project delivery in a client-facing role.
Required skills:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration and Contact Center solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco Webex CCE, UCCE, PCCE, CVP, and UCCX.
  • Proficient in ICM Script design and troubleshooting, including complex call routing and queue management.
  • Experience with VXML application development and CVP call flow design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Finesse, CUIC, and historical & real-time reporting systems.
  • Proven experience with API-based integrations using Finesse APIs, REST APIs, or custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) and CUCM integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead incident resolution for business-critical systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required skills:
  • Cisco certifications: CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Webex Contact Center (WxCC) cloud migrations or hybrid deployments
