Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR matters, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Partner effectively with leadership teams to design and execute workforce planning, performance appraisals, and talent management strategies.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide employee-relations guidance to ensure a harmonious workplace.
• Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster a respectful and collaborative work environment.
• Support organizational development through training needs identification and execution of L&D programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management with actionable insights.
• Leverage HR tools and systems to deliver excellence in operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role in a dynamic business environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce management.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and change facilitation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and data analysis.
