In this role, you will support the HEOR team in evidence generation and deriving solutions for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will contribute to conducting literature reviews and assist in the development of value communications such as SLR/TLR reports, manuscripts, dossiers, and presentations. You will:
- Perform database and literature searches to provide a situational review and analysis, in the form of comprehensive and structured reports, on the available evidence related to various health economics and outcomes aspects, such as clinical data, epidemiology, burden of disease, treatment patterns, unmet needs, etc.
- Assist/support in the intellectual planning and design of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Targeted Literature Review (TLR) projects at the proposal writing stage
- Undertake SLR/TLR projects from design to execution, including screening, data extraction, qualitative summary, and report writing
- Support the development of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Reimbursement Dossiers, and Manuscripts, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with payer and publication standards
- Support in the development of impactful slide decks to effectively translate complex health economic evidence into clear, visually compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Manage your own workload to ensure delivery according to agreed milestones and timelines
- Support project leads in day-to-day project activities, ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with project team members, contributing to discussions and sharing ideas.
- Provide guidance and quality oversight to Analysts and Junior Associates.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives, training, and process improvement activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree (M.pharm or equivalent) or PhD with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in scientific discipline including HEOR, epidemiology, or market access
- Good oral/written communication skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of office applications, e.g. MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel/EndNote

- Hands-on experience in Literature Review Reports, Value Dossiers and Manuscript writing
