In this role, you will conduct secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and create high-quality project materials and customer deliverables. As an R&D Analyst, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You will: Help organizations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams Support leadership by creating project deliverables and managing customer relationships on a daily basis Identify customer challenges and opportunities Participate in the development of content for customer proposals Attend and participate in company-sponsored events, training and professional development opportunities, meetings, and other practice initiatives Actively take part in continuous improvement of the R&D Advisory operating process, and intellectual capital and service line capabilities and offerings Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Experience in life sciences R&D processes Strong presentation skills Willing to travel 15-25% of the duration of an engagement Desired Requirements: Graduate degree in business or life sciences Work experience in the consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech industries Life sciences R&D operational experience Understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
