Analyst, Research and Development

In this role as an R&D Analyst at Syneos Health Consulting, you will conduct secondary research, create high-quality project materials and customer deliverables, and help make life science R&D organizations more efficient and effective across various areas. Your key responsibilities include: - Helping organizations in times of change by addressing changes in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these - Building positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams - Supporting leadership by creating project deliverables and managing customer relationships on a daily basis - Identifying customer challenges and opportunities - Participating in the development of content for customer proposals - Attending company-sponsored events, training, and professional development opportunities - Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the R&D Advisory operating process, intellectual capital, and service line capabilities and offerings Essential Requirements: - Bachelors degree - Experience in life sciences R&D processes - Strong presentation skills - Willingness to travel 15-25% of the duration of an engagement Desired Requirements: - Graduate degree in business or life sciences - Work experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries - Life sciences R&D operational experience - Understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain At Syneos Health, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity are key values.
