Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards using Snowflake-based transformed datasets.
Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to translate KPIs and logic into visualizations.
Perform data validations to ensure report accuracy and alignment with source definitions.
Optimize dashboard performance (query efficiency, load time) and enable drill-down features.
Enable usage tracking, alerts on dataset failures, and embed best practices for report lifecycle management.
Maintain .pbix-based Power BI projects with Git integration for version control and CI/CD deployment.
Document dashboard designs, user personas, and report specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, with strong DAX and Power Query knowledge.
Deep understanding of data storytelling and UI/UX principles in BI.
Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
Familiar with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and deployment pipelines.
Strong data validation, performance monitoring, and user access management skills.
Experience working with metadata tagging, report lineage, and self-serve capabilities.
Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
