If this excites you, then apply below. : Prepare and manage quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews. Perform variance analysis to assess actual vs. budgeted financial performance and identify key drivers. Develop and maintain revenue and cost forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Conduct headcount checks to track personnel costs and resource planning. Analyze financial statements and provide insights to senior management for better decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather relevant data and ensure consistency in financial planning. Build and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case preparation as required.
