Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Insights and Enablement team at Mastercard Services as a Senior Analyst, focusing on Business Transformation and Revenue Assurance. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the business environment and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify pain-points and implement quality and revenue assurance programs. You will also be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing quality checks, and supporting workstream leads in successful implementation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the business environment and engage with key stakeholders to identify pain-points - Drive Quality and Revenue assurance programs to establish control mechanisms and prevent revenue risks - Become a process subject matter expert to implement quality checks across business operations lifecycle - Develop documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps - Support workstream leads in implementation with Program management and Change management efforts - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes - Maintain daily logs and draw tactical insights for interventions Qualifications Required: - Experience in driving business transformation or digital transformation for B2B services organizations - Experience in business consulting or problem-solving in unstructured situations - 5-8 years of experience, preferably with a Chartered Accountant or Management degree - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills - Exposure to B2B Sales processes or Sales productivity tools is preferred but not mandatory,
