Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Metrics at Mastercard, you will partner with the Mastercard Send team to build data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards that support commercialization and product strategy. Your role will involve designing, automating, and governing the reporting process across various complex data sources. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with global & regional teams to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for Mastercard Sends enablement and commercialization. - Work across multiple data sources to ensure data cleanliness, validation, and accuracy before reporting. - Identify and implement automation opportunities using SQL, Python, or Alteryx to streamline recurring reporting tasks. - Architect reporting frameworks from scratch based on business needs. - Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide visibility on Sends market reach and use cases. - Document reporting processes, create user guides, and ensure governance/consistency of reporting outputs. - Provide fact-based insights to drive discussions with internal stakeholders and customers. - Track, measure, and communicate progress against agreed metrics and KPIs. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong business understanding with the ability to translate requirements into reports and insights. - Proficient in advanced Excel skills with proven data modeling, cleansing, and validation abilities. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Alteryx for automation of data pipelines and reports. - Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity. - Ability to work with complex, fragmented data sources and derive meaningful outputs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing insights with stakeholders.
